Our Mission

At Kimmy D’s Christian Academy, our mission is to educate students through a complete Montessori-inspired program that nurtures their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development — all through a Christ-centered lens. We integrate biblical truth into every subject, helping students recognize God’s presence in all areas of learning.

In a caring and nurturing environment, learners are free to explore, ask questions, and embrace the knowledge and skills needed to grow academically and spiritually.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to glorify God by providing a Spirit-filled learning environment where every student — whether walking in faith or still seeking truth — is accepted, loved, and nurtured.
We exist to create a space where children and teens feel comfortable, free, and valued — treated with dignity and surrounded by the presence of Christ in every lesson, interaction, and moment.  Through this atmosphere of grace and truth, students are invited to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

At KDCA, our deepest calling is to reach hearts, renew minds, and raise up a generation of young people who know they are created with purpose — and empowered to live it out.

Our Vision

We envision a Spirit-led academy where students of all backgrounds are transformed by truth, equipped with knowledge, and empowered to live out their God-given purpose.

Our goal is to raise up generations of young people who think biblically, lead with integrity, and serve with compassion — prepared to impact their communities and the world for Christ. Through Christ-centered academics, nurturing relationships, and purposeful learning, KDCA will be a light in education, modeling excellence, grace, and unwavering faith.

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” – Matthew 5:1

Core Objectives

What we believe. How we lead. Why we serve.

✅ Faith-Based Education
We teach with the Bible at the center of everything. Students learn how God’s truth connects to every subject — from math and science to reading and history. Our goal is to help each child build a strong faith and see how God is part of their everyday learning.

✅ Academic Excellence
We use the Montessori Method and Christian curriculum to help students think for themselves, ask good questions, and enjoy learning. Every child is encouraged to grow at their own pace, with support and guidance. We want students to be confident, curious, and ready for the future God has planned for them.

✅ Family Legacy & Leadership
Kimmy D’s Christian Academy is built on the vision of the Davis family. We believe in keeping that leadership strong for generations to come. This helps us stay true to our values and continue serving families with faith, love, and consistency.

✅ Outreach & Community Support
We care about our community. KDCA offers scholarships, mentoring, and support for families who need help. Students also learn how to serve others through special projects and outreach. We want every child to know the joy of giving and sharing God’s love.

✅ Moral & Character Development
We teach students how to live with kindness, respect, and honesty. Every day, we help them grow in character — learning how to treat others well and make good choices. We follow Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Do you offer after-school programs?

At Kimmy D’s Christian ChildCare, we are deeply committed to nurturing each child’s academic, spiritual, and personal growth. While we do not currently offer a traditional after-school program due to our alignment with public school dismissal times, we provide robust in-house academic support throughout our operating hours. This includes private tutoring, homeschool support, structured study time, and enrichment activities that reinforce learning and character development.

Children benefit from quiet, supervised environments for homework and reading, as well as faith-integrated instruction and creative play that complements their academic journey.

Our goal is to ensure every child receives the guidance, encouragement, and resources they need to thrive—spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally.

What is the class size at KDCA?

At Kimmy D’s Christian Academy, we are committed to maintaining comfortable class sizes that foster personalized instruction and meaningful student-teacher relationships. Our classrooms are intentionally structured to support diverse learning needs through a blend of whole-group teaching, small group collaboration, paired activities, and individualized sessions.

We believe every student deserves an environment where they can thrive academically, spiritually, and emotionally. Accommodations are thoughtfully provided for learners who benefit from specific instructional styles or settings, ensuring that each child receives the support and attention they need to succeed.

What is KDCA's Tuition?

Kimmy D’s Christian Academy offers flexible tuition options based on program selection and individual needs. An application fee and annual enrollment fee are required. Additional costs may apply for transit, meals, and homeschool support. Tuition and payment plans will be discussed during orientation or consultation.

What's Expected of Me (the parent)?

Important Notice:

KDCA students are taught how to be kind, respectful, and loving towards others.  Our actions, as adults, are what students observe.

To the Point:  Communication with my KDCA parents is highly important and it’s something I hold dear to my heart.  Your presentation determines your child's stay here at KDCA.  Communication with your child (in our presence), with your child's instructor, or any KDCA staff, during arrival and/or departure  - is extremely important and must be carried out in a kind and respectful way at all times.  Please note:  Complaints vs. showing genuine concern, positive attitudes vs. negative attitudes, speaking/greeting upon arrival, closing out properly, during departure, is expected throughout your stay. It will be observed and monitored on a daily basis.

We all share one main passion and that is the well-being of your child.  Setting high standards for them, as well as ourselves, will help students embrace the positive examples needed towards the proper training they deserve.  Thank you in advance for all you do and for supporting KDCA.  May the Lord bless you and your precious family.
