A Brief Introduction Before We Dive In

We proudly offer two distinct branches of service, each designed to fulfill a unique purpose while remaining rooted in our commitment to Christ-centered care and education:

  • Kimmy D’s Christian Academy (KDCA) — Established in October 2023, KDCA provides structured, faith-based educational programs for school-age children, focusing on academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development.
  • Kimmy D’s Childcare Center (KDCC) — Currently in development, KDCC will offer nurturing, high-quality childcare for infants through early learners, with a strong emphasis on early childhood development, safety, and foundational learning.

Although KDCA and KDCC operate as two distinct entities, both branches stem from the same foundation — united in their mission to empower children, support families, and reflect the love of Christ in all they do. Both were founded by Kimberly R. Davis.

(KDCA) Private Educational Facility

Kimmy D’s Christian Academy (KDCA) is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, nurturing, and supporting families through a structured learning environment and has been operating since October 2023. As a private Christian academy, KDCA provides enrichment programs, mentorship, and early childhood education, tailored to meet the academic and developmental needs of students.

KDCA prepares young children as early as age 3 for Pre-K, offering a structured early learning program similar to Head Start, ensuring that children develop essential skills in literacy, social engagement, and foundational learning to set them up for kindergarten success.

In addition to early childhood education, KDCA also serves older students (ages 5–17) who are homeschooled or need tutoring support. Through personalized instruction, academic coaching, and faith-based mentorship, KDCA helps students excel in their studies while reinforcing Christian values. Whether families seek full homeschool support or subject-specific tutoring, KDCA provides guidance, structure, and individualized learning pathways to ensure academic success and spiritual growth.

KDCA also partners with families to create customized learning plans that reflect each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and spiritual journey—ensuring that education is not only effective, but deeply personal and purpose-driven.

We are actively laying the groundwork, organizing key components, and making essential preparations behind the scenes to bring this vision to life. Kimmy D’s Childcare Center is being thoughtfully designed to serve families with excellence, compassion, and care.

Here’s what we’re putting together — 

Kimmy D’s Childcare Center (KDCC) will be a for-profit childcare facility dedicated to creating a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for young children. With a strong focus on early childhood development, KDCC will foster learning, growth, and social engagement through structured care and educational support.

We will offer:

  • Professional childcare services that prioritize quality, safety, and individualized attention
  • A commitment to faith-centered values and excellence in care
  • A comprehensive after-school program for school-age children, providing structure, engagement, and enrichment beyond the classroom
  • Safe and reliable school pick-up transportation, ensuring children arrive at our facility comfortably and securely after their school day
